Blue Eagle Security & Training, LLC provides security guard services and training programs as a deterrent to criminal activity and as a visible security presence. While our security personnel are trained professionals, Blue Eagle Security & Training, LLC does not guarantee the prevention of all criminal acts, incidents, theft, vandalism, personal injury, or property damage. Our liability is limited to the direct fees paid for services rendered during the specific period in which an incident occurred. Blue Eagle Security & Training, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the services provided.

Our security officers are not law enforcement officers and do not have the powers of arrest beyond those of a private citizen under Texas law. Security personnel provided by Blue Eagle Security & Training, LLC are authorized to observe, report, and deter suspicious activity. Any physical intervention by our security personnel is governed by applicable Texas law and our internal use-of-force policies. Blue Eagle Security & Training, LLC reserves the right to determine the appropriate level of response in any given situation.

The client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the security needs, known risks, and specific requirements of the property or event to be secured. Failure to disclose known risks or hazards may limit the effectiveness of our services and may affect any claims arising from incidents that occur as a result of such non-disclosure. The client agrees to maintain a safe working environment for our security personnel and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Blue Eagle Security & Training, LLC offers security training programs that meet Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) requirements. Completion of our training programs does not guarantee employment, licensure approval, or any specific outcome on state examinations. Licensing decisions are made solely by the Texas DPS. Students are responsible for submitting their own applications and meeting all state requirements for licensure.

The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blue Eagle Security & Training, LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and subcontractors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or resulting from: (a) the client's breach of any agreement with Blue Eagle Security & Training, LLC; (b) the client's negligence or willful misconduct; or (c) any third-party claims related to the client's property, event, or operations.

Blue Eagle Security & Training, LLC maintains general liability insurance coverage as required by the State of Texas. Certificates of insurance are available upon request. Clients are encouraged to maintain their own property and liability insurance coverage. Our insurance does not cover losses arising from the client's own negligence or from events outside the scope of our contracted services.

This disclaimer and all matters relating to the services provided by Blue Eagle Security & Training, LLC shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hidalgo County, Texas.

Blue Eagle Security & Training, LLC reserves the right to update or modify this disclaimer at any time without prior notice. The most current version will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised disclaimer.
